You will get a notice asking you to run the program. Say yes (it's safe) and it will download a program allowing you to watch live.
After you download SDAuction, leave our site and look on your main desk top page for the SDAuction icon and click on it to watch the sale. This SDAuction icon will be on your start up window so the next time you want to watch, just click on the icon. Sale will only be available for viewing during actual auction time on Monday beginning at 10 am.
